Our garments are crafted with the utmost artisanal care. However, in the unlikely event that something doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- in the same condition as received,
- unworn and unused,
- with all original tags attached,
- in its original packaging,
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
⚠️ Custom-made garments
According to Italian e-commerce and consumer protection laws, custom or personalized garments cannot be returned or refunded.
Orders involving specific customer requests (adjusted sizes, customizations, tailored details) are not eligible for return or refund.
