Shipping policy

At W3AS, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently while providing transparent information about shipping costs and responsibilities. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Italy Standard Shipping (2-3 working days):
    Free for orders over €500
    €10 for orders under €500

  • Europe Standard Shipping (3-5 working days): €16.99

  • United States Standard Shipping (3-7 working days):$28.00

  • Emirates Standard Shipping (3-7 working days): AED136.00

Orders are dispatched from Italy, within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on peak periods or unforeseen delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Orders within the EU:
    Shipments to countries within the European Union generally do not incur customs duties, as the EU operates under a common customs zone. However, VAT may be applicable based on the rate in your country and will be included during checkout.

  • Orders outside the EU:
    Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, duties, and tariffs, which are determined by the recipient country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid prior to the release of the shipment for delivery.

    • For orders under €150, duties may not apply, depending on your country’s rules.
    • For orders over €150, additional duties and VAT may apply.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

We strongly advise against refusing delivery of your order. Refused shipments incur additional costs, including:

  • The original delivery fee
  • Return shipping charges to W3AS

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, any refund will be processed minus these costs.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 1 PM (CET) are processed on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next working day.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
